Domaine des Carmels
A charming organic wine estate taken over in 2010 by Yorick and Sophie Lavaud. On their 5 hectares of vines, they produce Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux wines that are particularly fruity and delicious.

Château Lamothe
Located in Haux, this 66-hectare family estate has been passed down from mother to daughter for over 70 years. It is famous for its spectacular aging cellar set in former troglodyte limestone quarries dug in the 17th century (featuring over 8 km of underground galleries).
Château Peneau
Nestled in Haux, this 30-hectare family vineyard was purchased in 1997 by Dany Douence. It is a site steeped in history whose written origins date back to 1693, and which houses a historic building built under Francis I in 1515 ("Haute Sage").
Château Turcaud
Located in La Sauve-Majeure, it is one of the must-visit estates in the Entre-deux-Mers region. The estate is renowned for its consistency and the excellent quality-to-price ratio of its wines, offering beautiful, balanced red Bordeaux, as well as rosés, whites, and crémants.
Graves Wine House
Located in Podensac within a superb building featuring an authentic 18th-century timber roof frame, it is the official showcase of the appellation. It offers tastings and sales of nearly 300 wine references (red, dry white, and sweet Graves, as well as Pessac-Léognan).
Château Thieuley
Also located in La Sauve, this 80-hectare estate was founded in 1950. Brilliantly managed today by sisters Marie and Sylvie Courselle, the vineyard is recognized for the excellence of its terroir (clay-limestone gravel hilltops) and the meticulous care taken in the vinification of their Entre-deux-Mers wines.
Le Grand Verdus
Based in Sadirac, this exceptional certified-organic estate surrounds a magnificent Renaissance-style formal castle built in 1579 (listed as a historical monument). The Le Grix de la Salle family produces a wide variety of wines here (Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur).
Château Carignan
At the gates of Bordeaux, in the commune of Carignan-de-Bordeaux, this historic castle (rebuilt in 1452 on the ruins of a Roman villa) has hosted historical figures such as Montesquieu. Dominated by the Merlot grape variety, the HVE-certified vineyard produces complex wines with good aging potential.
the Cité du Vin
Located on the banks of the Garonne River in the city of Bordeaux, it is a spectacular and immersive museum with bold architecture. The Cité is dedicated to the culture, history, and universal heritage of wine, often concluding with a tasting at the top of the belvedere offering a panoramic view of Bordeaux.
